Windows version

The manual page on Text Blocks says: "Text created and edited in the score that is enclosed in a "Standard" rectangular frame for which a border can be displayed, or a "Custom" frame that you create.

I have failed to find any menu item to create a border or frame and should be grateful for any advice.

I do not know SongWriter.

It might be an error in the manual, describing a feature that is “full Finale only”.

In the Text menu for the "full Finale” there are two menu items for text block enclosure:
Standard Frame…
Custom Frame…

I will confirm that it is a documentation error. Please submit it to Tech Support.
