Hi there, first time here. I am using Finale 2014 manually, because despite having made all the connections (Psr 433 to PC) correctly, when playing the piano keyboard, only the notes for the treble clef are recorded for both hands, a mess.
I followed all the guidelines, joined in this Finale forum, and researched extensively on the subject (recording in both clefs when playing the piano) I followed the directions thoroughly, but I could not do it properly. It has something to do with the SPLIT POINT.
Thanks for any help.

Welcome to the forum.
I assume you're using Hyperscribe? You would do better with step-time entry, either Simple or Speedy. (Just my opinion, of course.) But I don't know of any pro-level users who depend on Hyperscribe.

Miker, thank you,
1) I assume you're using Hyperscribe?
- Certainly.
2) You would do better with step-time entry, either Simple or Speedy.
- I do not know what this is.
3) But I do not know of any pro-level users who depend on Hyperscribe.
- I'm just a neophyte apprentice.
Thomsen, thanks, I am using Finale 2014. Is this the wrong place to post it?
