I have repetitive percussion scores that change tempo every 2 measures. I want to insert measures so that the tempo changes occur every 4 measures. Is there a way to do this using keyboard shortcuts (that I can script using an external tool), or FinaleScript?

Tempo changes, as in inserting tempo marks/expressions, or meter changes? Do they form a pattern?
