OK, now I understand.
The screen shot shows a multi-staff score (for orchestra?) with two piano parts at the bottom.
I suppose that the entire page only contains only 1, tall system (with about 12 staves)?
You want the bottom staves to roll over into a second page.
However, what you want, is most non-standard engraving practice.
Staves that belong to the same system (= are playing simultaneously) should all be on the same page.
I also think that most conductors would prefer to have all staves that play simultaneously, on the same page.
I would resize the score to a lower "resizing percentage", to make the tall system fit inside the page.
By The Way (just curious):
What are the instruments in this orchestra?
Is it a 6-part "piano orchestra"?
