Strange issue here. Working on a big band arrangement and trying to use the old "option" + spacebar trick to playback to check a particular voicing... no dice. Will NOT play back, acting like I'm not typing anything. Any suggestions?

Having similar problems with 2009, but only on certain notes.
Hope someone finds a solution.

I had to switch to play thru midi to hear the notes.
