Please be more specific:
What operating system (Windows? Macintosh?)
What program (Finale? Allegro? PrintMusic? SongWriter? NotePad?)
What version (2000? 2001? 2002? 2003? 2004? 2005? 2006?)
How you want to combine (One part played after another in succession? All parts played simultaneously?)

i have already entry 2 parts of a song in 2 files

If I understand you correctly, you want to have the two parts combined so that they play simultaneously.
Depending on how the two parts are set up, this may - or may not - work:
1. Make a copy of trumpet.mus
(you could call it score.mus)
2. Open score.mus, and use the Staff Tool to add a mellophone staff
3. Copy the contents of mellophone.mus to the mellophone staff in score.mus

i solve it by
ctrl+A > drag into a new duet mus > works
thanks
ctrl+A > drag into a new duet mus > works
