Dear Finale Forum:
Finale will not enter the correct pitch using a digital keyboard. There's something amiss with the Midi/Audio setup. While I can hear the correct pitch, Finale invariably places the wrong pitch and frequently changes the pitch willy nilly. Please review the screenshot of the "MIDI/Internal Speaker Setup." Can you please determine what might be the issue?

Finale 26.1
Digital Performer 9
Mac OS High Sierra

Thank you very much!
Yours,
Carson Dunbar

What's the name of your keyboard, and do you have a separate midi interface ?
Try to deactivate the Receive and Send Midi Sync, Send MTC options.

Is this for a transposing instrument e.g. clarinet, trumpet; or all instruments, e.g. piano?

I think that for the piano, certainly for the synthesizer
