Rests don't print

And show/hide toggle doesn't make a difference when printing. thanks, Jeff

It was in the staff style. Rests were not checked as Items to Display. I checked the box, and there they were.
Staff Tool > select the document > right click > Edit Staff Attributes... Check the box next to Rests

I realize now why a few things are unticked for tab settings, i.e. eliminating redundancy for traditional and tab notations.
