Can't change my password

I had to get a new password as I hadn't been on Finale in a loooooooooong time.

I have received it and of course it's nothing I would remember, so I want to change it. I type in everything in the appropriate window in my profile, but it won't accept my 'new' password (emailed to me) as my current one. I have tried various 'old' passwords and it won't accept it.

Help - thanks!
