I'm just wondering, how do you add a new instrument to a piece your already working on?

Use the staff system tool to add a new system. Menu staff system/add new systems... This will add a system to the bottom of your score. If you want a system in the middle, select one existing system before adding, the new system will be above the selected one. (You can also use "new(with assistance)" )
