Hello, what kind of notation do you suggest for quarter tones? And which way to get them in Finale2003 (Win)? NB: I don't need them as a keysignature but as accidentals right in front of notes.

You ask about "what kind of notation" for quarter tones.

Since you ask about notation, I suppose that you are interested in layout, not in playback.

I suggest that you enter the quartertone accidentals as articulations or note expressions.
And make sure that "Articulations" resp. "Note Expressions" is selected in Music Spacing Options.

You can find the quartertone accidentals in the font Maestro Percussion.
