Is it possible for one staff to have more than 1 transposition. I want to raise it up one octave as well as up M2 Add 2 Sharps.

If I understand your question correctly : just use the M9 (maj 9th) transposition, which also adds 2 sharps and transposes one octave and a major second up (maj 9th). Useful for a tenor sax or bass clarinet for instance.

You can use staff styles to change the transposition in the middle of a piece.
