Simple Entry Palette

Using Finale 2014 on my Mac. No problems at first then six of the options on the Simple Entry Palette disappeared, including natural sign and tie. Suggestions?

What version of OS are you using? At one point 10.11, 10.12 (?) this problem showed up. Upgrading to 2014.5 fixed it for a while, but if you are on High Sierra, you need to upgrade to F25.

Sounds like maybe a corrupted preferences file. Does the Mac have Customize Palettes? You might be able to put them back with that.

Part of the problem with the version/OS was, after you altered the palettes and they went wonky, you had to reinstall the program, and not mess with them!
