I got some problems when typing the dotted 8th note triplet on beat 2 and 3 in the fourth bar.
From the 1-3 bar, should I use two layers and hide the rest in the 3rd beat of the 1st bar and first two beats in the 3rd bar?
the last one, I don't know where can I attach the natural mark above the tremolo.

What problems do you have?
Tuplets can be entered in several ways.
I do not know your tuplet entry method.
Perhaps your tuplet entry method will not let you end a measure with a tuplet unless you de-select “Check for Extra Notes”.

That is what I would do.

It is called a trill, not a tremolo.
In the default articulation library there are ready made tr symbols with accidentals.

For the triplets in Simple Entry, I would enter the first dotted eighth, then press Alt+9 and specify three sixteenths in the space of one eight and set this as the default. Then enter each subsequent dotted eighth and press 9. As Peter says, you may have to turn off "check for extra notes" in the Simple Entry options in order to be able to do the last one. When you have entered them all, use the articulation tool to add the slashes representing sixteenth notes.
