I'm having trouble with the Systems spacing Evenly. I have four lines, but the issue is, between Systems 3 and 4, there is a huge white Space. How do I edit the spacing and make sure it's even. I have tried methods, but it doesn't show the systems to be even, even though it says it's even.

My first guess would be that the systems have different top margins and/or different bottom margins.
If you examine the space between the system margins, then you may find that there is even space between the system margins.
In Other Words: The systems are spaced evenly.

To make the systems appear evenly spaced, all the systems must have the same top margins, and they must all have the same bottom margins.

What I would do:
Document menu > Page Format > …
In the Page Format dialog, set system margin values that should be right.
You may have to guess, and do some “trial-and-error”, before you find the values that look right in the layout.

NB:
When you have changed the values in the Page Format dialog, you will not see any immediately change in the layout.
All new systems will get the new values, but already existing systems are not affected.

To update already existing systems with the new values:
Page Layout Tool.
Page Layout menu > Redefine Pages > …

After you have used the command Redefine Pages, all systems will have the same margin settings.
Now you should get better results with Space Systems Evenly.

By The Way:
You can use the command

Page Layout menu > Space Systems Evenly…

but you can also try the plug-in Space Systems:

Plug-ins menu > Scoring and Arranging > Space Systems…

I did that and it suddenly place number 4 on the next page.

If I understand you correctly, the problem was that were four systems on the page, but a bigger distance between Systems 3 and 4, right?

1) Did a Redefine Pages fix this problem?

This sounds like a different problem.

You tell that you “did that”.

2) What did you do, exactly?

- Use the command Space Systems Evenly?

- Use the plug-in Space Systems?
