Hello, I have two questions:
How to insert notes of different value from time signature into the first and last measure, like in this example?
I'm asking because I want to copy in Finale some easy piano pieces I'm learning.
I'm not even sure why this is done in the first place (I have no formal music education).
Second question is about guitar chords fretboards transposition:
For example I want to transpose a C major chord to C# keeping the same fingering, with capo on first fret.
I guess this should be done through the Utilities/Change/Chords menu, but I can't achieve this exact result.

1. Change the time signature in those measures to what it needs to be, with the option to display as what the rest of the piece, is.
2. Add or Remove Capo Chords from the Utilities menu. You would enter the C# as the primary chord. With the capo, it would show the C.
