How do I place this symbol on the staff in Finale

So, I need to know how to place a symbol that looks like this: "[" on Finale, like the attachment shows. How do I do it?

Tools > Smart Shape > Line.

That doesn't work. It can not draw a line like that. It only draws long lines, which I don't need.

The attached picture shows a bracket created with the Smart Shape Tool.

Custom Line Tool > find and duplicate the double-ended bracket > Edit > uncheck Horizontal

Also, there are some ready made vertical brackets in the Engraver Text fonts (but perhaps not with a height of only 3 scale steps, as in the attached graphic).
