Hi,
I like to use Finale in full screen mode on a Mac. When I switch to a document from another screen (i.e. not switching between Finale tabs) by using the 4-finger swipe or command tab, note entry is about a 3rd off of my mouse.
In other words, notes are notated about a 3rd above where my cursor is. (sometimes the interval is different). See attached image for what I mean.
This only happens in full screen mode. And as soon as the layout is update (e.g. zooming, scrolling, cmd+u), the problem is fixed.
Any ways to fix this without having to update the layout? This has consistently happened through several versions of Finale and macOS on every document. Restarting Finale or my computer does not help.
Finale 25.5
macOS High Sierra 10.13.5
Note entry off by a 3rd on Mac

All the automatic layout options are turned on.

My first guess would that the culprit is the (odd) zoom percentage you get when choosing Full Screen Mode.Nick Mazuk wrote:… I like to use Finale in full screen mode on a Mac …
As a test, try - without using Full Screen Mode - a (simple) zoom percentage like e. g. 200 % or 400 %.

So not on full screen mode, there isn't the issue.
I tested it on simple zoom percentages like the 200% and 400% as well as more complex percentages like 324% while not in full screen. Everything works as expected.
The same zoom percentages in full screen mode have the problem.
