weird stems

I am not sure, what the desired layout should look like (upstems? downstems?), but try the Beam Angle Tool (a sub-tool in the Special Tools Tool).
Drag the left handle to stretch all stems, drag the right handle to change the beam angle.

thanks but i think i already did that above and all the others are like this one .
what i don"'t understand is that ia succeeded the first time with the first measure , the second measure , no way at all , i can't grab anything

Also, none of my business, but having all the stems going in one direction is pretty much standard nowadays, as opposed to putting the beam in the middle like you've done.
