My computer runs on Windows. I do not know which version of Finale I have. I bought it when Song Writer was no long supported.

In the past I have been able to gain access to any dialogue box. Today none of them will come up when I follow the instructions in the on-line user manual. Is there an alternate method for gaining access to a dialogue box? Thank you.

Normally, when something used to work, but now it doesn’t, the first thing to try is to restart the computer.
