How to write this example....

Hello,
I want write the first example - but I get always the second one.....
Can anybody help me ?

There are a number of ways. I used JW Change > Noteheads > Shape > Empty/Hidden, on the layer 1 notes. That made the stem shift position, so I brought it into alignment with the Note Position tool.

You can also check Document Options > Music Spacing > Avoid Collision of > Unisons > None
The value can be changed at different stages of preparing the music and only affects notes entered or music spacing formatting made while the particular value is in effect.
