In my score and parts I have requested all measure to be numbered for all parts. The score shows only FL, TR, AS, Per...
All of the other remaining parts have none. I have tried high lighting all measure in a parts and checked show measure numbers --- no change--- no measure numbers when printing parts..none.

How do I fix it?

If you're talking about individual parts: In the Measure Tool menu, pick Edit Measure Number Regions. Go to the Linked Parts tab, and make sure either Top Staff or Bottom Staff is checked.

If you're talking about the (conductor's) score, then you'll need to go to the Staff tool and double-click the first measure of each staff, and make sure Measure Numbers is checked.
