Swing Eighth Tempo Marking Not Working?

Hey, y'all. I'm trying to write a piece that uses Swing Eighths, but it doesn't work when I use it for some reason. I've tried messing with the playback settings, to no effect. Does someone know what I'm doing wrong?

It might be that it is only working for the top staff but none of the other staves. Is that the case? If so, edit the Score List to include all staves in the PARTS. This is a known issue. That fix should work.
