Is there any way to save the music to a USB drive so I can here in my car?

First you need to export the Audio to a file. With GM, you can export an mp3 or wav file. With Garritan, you can only export to wav. I then import those into Audacity, then export as mp3, which are much smaller. I then put those on a thumb drive (USB stick).

Everything worked as you said. I had to download Audacity, as I didn't have it yet. Once again Thanks.
