I used to remember how to do this but have forgotten. I remember there being a way to enter a percent to resize your document's content so you can make all the staves and notes smaller or bigger to your liking. If I remember correctly I don't think it affects text like the title, but I'm not entirely sure. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

You can get it as you need it.

But what do you need?

1) Resizing everything?

2) Resizing only the systems, not the page assigned text blocks?

To resize everything, use the Resize Tool (icon: %).
Context-click on the top left corner of the page.
In the context menu, choose
Resize Page…

To resize only the systems, use the Resize Tool (icon: %).
Context-click on the top left corner of the page.
In the context menu, choose
Resize System…

In the Page Layout tool you have options to resize pages and resize staff systems.

With the resize tool, you can resize pages, systems, staves, notes and rests, or noteheads, depending on where you click.
