alteration in the cue

Hi.
someone can tell me how can i put an alteration in the cue( acciaccatura)?
i tryed to put it by selecting as a simple insert but it doesn't work.

You want to add a sharp to the grace note? Make sure the cursor arrow is on the note as shown below, then click. Alternatively, if you can get the grace note selected so it's red, you can then press the plus sign on the keypad.

This is not a cue note, but rather a grace note.
You are using the Simple Entry Tool - right?
There are several ways to put a sharp on a note.
One way to do it:
While the note is highlighted, go to
Simple menu > Simple Edit Commands > Accidentals > Sharp
FYI:
Both grace notes and cue notes are small.
Grace notes are ornaments.
Cue notes are notes that the performer is not supposed to play - since they are already played by another instrument.
The cues notes are just info for the performer.
They typically appear at the end of a multimeasure rest.
This is not a cue note, but rather a grace note.
