Not sure what you mean by “broken stems.” Are you asking about the cross-staff notes?

it's 3/4
and i don't know the word for that , it's the notes in the key of g , and the others in the other key

Note Mover tool, in the Main tool palette. Be sure to select Cross-staff in the Note Mover menu.

In this case, the cross-staff plug-in (and it's associated shortcuts) is better than the Note-Mover tool, since it can do many notes at once, and takes care of reversing the stems.

My guess is that ‘3/4’ was a typo.
John Ruggero’s graphic shows 2/4 - not 3/4.
