How to hide clef in the following rows, like on the photo? But there is the line on the start of this bar?

1) A staff style could hide all clefs locally in a selected region. Staff tool, Staff menu -> Define Staff Styles -> New Staff Style (name it) -> Under items to display, uncheck Clefs.
Then, select the region, and in the menu, Apply Staff Style to -> Score -> Your new staff style.
2) Left barlines at the beginning of a system :
Measure tool. Double-click on the first measure. For the Left barline (second row), select the one you want (a double barline is available).
Then, select the region, and in the menu, Apply Staff Style to -> Score -> Your new staff style.
