adding articulation to drum rhythmic cue

I was able to add the accent to the drum cue. But in a different measure, it wouldn't show after I added it. Copy paste didn't work either...

If you post the score, or at least part of it, we can probably figure it out.

In the dialog box Alternate Notation, is the Slash Notation set up to show Articulations in Other Layers?
