Hello, how can I change the value of the rests in these quintuplets so that there is no repeated sixteenth rests?

What Finale does, is correct notation.
I am not sure what you need.
Is the issue Layout or Playback? - or both?
What is the problem you are trying to solve?
You can change the value of the initial note from sixteenth note to quarter note.
Then it requires only one sixteenth rest to complete the quintuplet (= no repeated rests).
