Hello, how can I change the value of the rests in these quintuplets so that there is no repeated sixteenth rests?

Deleted the unwanted rests and change the remaining 16th to an eighth or whatever. (In my opinion, though, what you have now is going to be easier to read.)

What Finale does, is correct notation.

I am not sure what you need.
Is the issue Layout or Playback? - or both?
What is the problem you are trying to solve?

You can change the value of the initial note from sixteenth note to quarter note.
Then it requires only one sixteenth rest to complete the quintuplet (= no repeated rests).
