hi there
i heard a lot from this reverse cymbal and it's pretty beautiful when you hear that
better than the normal roll , but in symphony who actually wrote that??
i think noone , so i guess that if i write a symphony there is no way i can write that
and finale btw has no notation for this kind of sound right?

Is it a recording of a cymbal crash played backwards? An orchestra percussionist would need to play the recording.

It can only be noted to play a recording. It's physically impossible to play a cymbal roll in reverse, hence there is no notation for it.
