1) Are you using Finale v27 ?

You wrote “tremolo”.
But your attached image shows arpeggio.

2) I suppose that you, by your word “tremolo”, mean “arpeggio” - right?

One way to notate a tremolo “going from top note down” is {tied grace notes}:

ok thanks , i thought about that , so there is no other way around?
i mean making the sign like i did and then add something to be played from top to bottom?
it would be way more simple , because there , it's gonna take one hour to rewrite the whole score
since there are a lot of tremolos on it
thanks though for your help

Shape Designer. Create an arpeggio with an arrow pointing down on the bottom of it (I've also seen a down arrow next to an arpeggio).

Such vertical wavy lines with arrows (in both directions) are available in EngraverFontText, in 3 lengths I think.

Create a new text expression in the Miscellaneous category, change the font to EngraverTextH. My PopChar program tells me that you can type capitals I, J, K, L, M, N to obtain the 6 lines.
I attach a file with the 6 lines grouped in 1 expression. You can duplicate that expression and delete some lines and decide of a size.

P.S. : Please, in your interest, add your info to your profile (version of Finale, computer, Win/Mac OS version...)

To obtain this one, for instance, I first selected for the expression the EngraverTextH font and typed Shift+L.
