Last measure

Hi all. Newby here.

My first composition is almost done (woo hoo!), but when I try to play it back, Finale automatically retards half way through the last measure. Which kinda defeats the purpose of the way I've written the piece!

Any suggestions?

Yes. I think it's a setting in ‘Human Playback’. Click in the Playback window on whichever style of HP you are using and then in the dialogue window that should appear, look at the ‘Interpret’ subsection and untick ‘Final Bars’.

I used to play horn quartets, and the people I was playing with did a ritardando at the end of everything we played. Drove me nuts!
