Hi there, here is an image of my problem https://imgur.com/a/YBjUUtl
I am trying to edit my parts but in the grey area I cannot make any changed. I don't know why it's grey and I would like to fix it.
Thank you!
Parts are greyed out so I cannot edit them

As Far As I Can Tell, the “grey area” - as you call it - is the area outside the page (below the page).
In Other Words:
The bottom of each system goes below the bottom of each page.
This is bad because everything in the “grey area” will not print!
I can also see that the last pages of the score have a different Page Format.
My guess is that the last score pages have been added as more measures are added to the document.
Which is the way Finale works:
When more measures are added to the document, more pages (new pages) are added to the layout (as many pages as needed).
On the last score pages the formatting is probably the document’s {default formatting for new pages}.
I would change the document’s {default formatting for new pages} so that everything is inside the page (= everything will print).
You set the default score formatting here:
Document menu > Page Format > Score…
When you change the default formatting, all new pages will be created with the new default settings.
Already existing pages will not be affected.
To update already existing pages, switch to the Page Layout Tool, and use the command Redefine Pages (look in the Page Layout menu).
To get everything inside the page you may have to experiment.
You know:
trial and error.
I can not help you with that, since I do not know, what you need:
page size, staff size &c.
