no play

I install a headset with microphone and no sound would play from finale but would play from everything else. When I disconnected from Bluetooth finale would play. This has come up before but with no fixes.

When you say that you "installed a headset and microphone," do you mean you connected headphones with a microphone to the audio jack on your computer?
Click on "MIDI/Audio) in the upper text menu, point to "Device Setup," select "Audio Setup." Post a picture of that appears in the window that pops up.
