How to Get to Perfect Layout Dialog Box

I need to access the Perfect Layout Dialog/Configuration options. How to I get to this from Finale. I go to the "Plug-in" option and I all I see is the option to Run Perfect Layout on the score or parts. I see no option to Get to the option layers. Anyone help me with the steps to open the options

Found it and answer to how to get the plug-in to show the diaglog box when its started.

This can occur when you run "ES Perfect Layout - Apply to Parts Only" and you force to quit Finale while the plug-in is running.
Because "Apply to Parts Only" hides the dialog.
To show the dialog again either delete your Perfect Layout preferences file JALAYOUx.ini (x = B, G, or H) in your Finale user folder.
Or open the JALAYOUx.ini file in a text editor, search for "BypassMainDialog", set its value to false (instead of true) and save the ini file.
The Finale user folder in windows is at something like: C:\Users\dfritch800\AppData\Roaming\MakeMusic\Finale27\
