I need recommendation for midi keyboard with USB and one that I can use Bluetooth headset with. I want to be able to play on it and have Finale recognize the sound and put notes I play on the sheet music. I don't have much understanding of Finale or music, but I am interested and need something basic. My husband bought me Arturia for almost $500 for Christmas, but I returned it because it was too complicated for me. I couldn't even get the sound working.

It's not as simple as that, unfortunately. From what you describe, you're hoping to sit down, play the piano, and have it notated. Using Hyperscribe requires very robotic playing, and really is not for beginners.

I would start by learning Finale, either Simple or Speedy entry.

Miker, thank you for your reply. Just a bit more info about me. I do play piano and read music. My father wrote some music for each member of family and I would like to put the music into typed form. I started yesterday just entering the notes, but if I had a midi keyboard I can enter it that way, so If you have a suggestion for this, I would appreciate your midi keyboard recommendation. So far I picked "AKAI Professional MPK Mini Play MK3 - MIDI Keyboard Controller with Built in Speaker and Sounds Plus Dynamic Keybed, MPC Pads and Software Suite,Black" on amazon for $149. But I need someone to tell me if this would work for Finale or give me another suggestion. Perhaps you could help with a choice. Thank you.

Any MIDI controller should work, but I don't have experience with that one (I have an M-Audio 60-key controller).

Yes: there are no "keyboards for Finale" -- any MIDI keyboard should work. The OS will identify the hardware and make it available to every app.
