Problem with linked notes

Hi, I have a problem with tuplets:

I have recorded two parts playing my piano, the problem is that while on the left hand part all recorded as eights, the right hand part contains what I recorded as tuplets.
The result is that I can't see no tuplets but 8ths and 16ths and the eights on the bass part sometimes became 16ths! :?

The other strange thing is that the first C was recorded as a longer note, while you can see an 8th. It's impossible to change its length.

All the notes seem to be linked to each other, what should I do? Thanks.

Part of the answer could be in the use of layers, which allow you to enter different rhythms in the same staff. You can switch layers at the bottom left of the Finale window.
Otherwise, if you used Hyperscribe to enter the music, you may look at Quantization options.
And a split point should be defined if you want the music to be on 2 staves. Or you could play each hand one after another, on its own staff, maybe with a different quantization.

Thank you. Is there a way to create a split point after I wrote my music with hyperscribe?

Yes. First create a second staff.
Then use the plug-in "Split point" (plug-in menu->scoring and arranging->split point).

Ok, I tried with the split point and it works, the only problem is that the score becomes full of rests and disordered, I think I should practice with this plugin. Thank you again.

I understood how to use it, now the score is clean!
