can I change the direction the orientation of one note ??

hi all I am beginner in Finale 2005, I try to change the orientation of note, finale automatically choses one orientation for the note which depends on the level, is it possible to change the orientation by hand?? and how??

for example instead of

I need

Use the simple entry or speedy entry tool, highlight the note or put the cursor on the note and press the key "L" to change the direction of the stem. You can do it also immediately after entering a note.
