few newbie questions..

1. in simple entry mode i navigate using the arrows. how do i convert one pitch note to rest note? tried the shortcuts "0" and "tab" but for some reason it didn't work
2. and how do i add piano braces and brackets?
3. how do i remove a dot from a note?

1. If you have already entered the note, select it and hit the R key.

2. If you create the document from the Startup Wizard or one of the templates, the piano will have braces. Other brackets and braces can be added later, but the exact method depends on the program and version you are using. Look in your help files. (Note: Not in NotePad or SongWriter.)

3. If you have just entered the dot by mistake, CTRL+Z. If it was done earlier, you have to delete the note and re-enter it without the dot.
