Probably a long shot, but I'm curious if anyone has seen any sort of bulletin board or registry of individuals who offer paid Finale consulting/lessons. I can Google search with the best of them, just wondering if there's a list somewhere.

To be brutally honest, there is absolutely no point in paying money to learn Finale now. If you're going to spend time and money learning and using notation software, then realistically you should choose either Dorico or MuseScore.

I concur with others regarding the wisdom of spending any money on Finale lessons at this point.....however perhaps you're in a situation where you need to figure out how to do something (or some things) that are important to a project, etc. etc. In that case, I would recommend Jason Loffredo, the creator of the massive "Conquering Finale" series, which is quite comprehensive. Just go that site and you'll see contact info there. I took some lessons with him a couple years ago, he's a good guy, explains things very well, even records your Zoom sessions so you can always refer to them later. He was a big help to me. Good luck!
