Cue Notes hidden in Score

Almost done with my children's orchestra piece!

Quick question....I'm putting in Cue Notes using the very handy plugin, but see no need for them to be visible in the conductor's score. Is there an easy way to hide them in the conductor's score, but have them visible in the parts?

Use a staff style.
Staff styles can be different in score and parts.
You can e. g. apply a staff style in the score, and then go to the part, and remove the staff style from the part.
The staff style will still be there in the score.

To add a few details to Peter's explanation :
Usually, cue notes are (if created by the plugin) in Layer 4. To hide them in the score, you can apply to the score only the staff style "Blank notation in Layer 4", which is normally included in Finale (In Finale 2010, when you apply the staff style while in the score, select "currrent part/score")

This post was really useful, but I have a question. Sometimes you're writing a cue from a Violin to a Bassoon, and since it writes in the cue the Violin's original clef, when I apply the staff style to the bassoon it doesn't hide the Clef.

Is there a way to hide those temporary cue clefs? I can't even delete from the score now (after having used the cues plug-in).

2 ideas :
1) You can create a staff style for which, under "Items to display", clefs is not selected. Then apply it to the measures in question. (You could also simply modify the plugin Hide notes in Layer 4 so that it does not display clefs, it that's a permanent preference of yours)
2) If you buy the "full" TGTools, it has a plugin named Parts->Add plugin, in which you can choose to display the clef or not.

- I want the clef to show (imagine a Violin playing high notes and having that written in Bass clef... NOT good).

- I tried to un-check "Clefs" from the items being displayed, but it also hides the first clef of the system for that instrument, only works well in case the cue doesn't start in the first measure of a system (or shortly before). But that isn't always the case.

Any tips?

What I have noticed is this :
- With the Finale plugin, the clef of the source staff shows by default in the cue.
- With the TGTools plugin, if one unselects "clef", the cue appears in the clef of the destination staff.
Anyway, when the clef changes at the beginning of a system, as soon as the instrument plays again, its original clef shows again.

I found one way to work around it, but it's a "cheat" and I hate having to do this sort of things in Finale...

In order to have the Clefs display correctly at the beginning of each system (and not display it on the score shortly before the measure where the instrument starts to play), I insert Clefs and choose "Never show" and then fix the cue notes manually (obviously it wont playback correctly), but it's the only way I found to achieve the standard print effect.
