Control_Number is not working when trying to define a tuplet on the speed entry. Did I change any program parameter without knowing?

Are other numbers working properly? (Are you sure that the numlock is ON?)
Have you tried restarting the computer?

Are you using the number keys on the NumPad?
Or the number keys on the QWERTY keyboard?

What version of Finale are you using?
Have you downloaded and installed the latest maintenance update for your version of Finale?
One of the versions of Finale for Windows (I don't remember which version) had a problem like the one you describe.
The problem was fixed in a maintenance update.

I just found out it works when using the numeric keys over the qwert.
( but the numeric pad works for every other function on speed entry )
Regardless I would survive with this limitation, is there a way I can solve this

Is your "3" broken? Do the number keys work outside of Finale?

Might you have accidentally switched to the laptop shortcut set?

I may have accidentally switched to the laptop shortcut set. Problem is that, if I did, I don´t know how to reverse the situation.
Tks again for you help and attention.

It's probably not that, since you say the other numbers work.

Do you have another keyboard you could try?

Does the 3 do ANYTHING that you can see?

1- Did not work with a different keyboard ( worked with above qwerty numeric keys )
2-Key number 3 works for all other function and PgDn when NumLock is unlocked.
tks again for your prompt reply and help.
