increase font size of lyrics

I've just finished adding figured bass characters (as lyrics) to the bass line of a composition, but now realise that I should have used a larger font size as the figures are too small on the printed score.
Is there an easy way to increase the font size of all the figures, rather than have to go through the score and modify each figure individually?

Try the plugin : miscellaneous->change fonts->lyrics
