I'm not sure how this happened but I believed it happened after I used
the Create Coda System plug-in. At any rate, I've included a screen
shot and would like to know how to fix this. I've tried 'fit measures...'
and forcing measures breaks with selection tool.
Mearsures are suddenly jammed together.

It looks like some systems got overlayed on one another. Normally Finale forbids this, but the coda plug-in unchecks the option that controls that so it can break systems where the coda starts yet leave it in place with a little gap between. I don't know how the systems got moved on top of one another, but you could try dragging them apart in the Page Layout tool.

The "avoid margin collision" was checked.
I moved the systems with the hand grab and then used the handle on the
top of the system to restore the size.
