Folks, see the last page of this document, mmms. 430 on.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/q6m2ts4vf2h5y ... .musx?dl=0

Something funky's going on with time signatures: see the 1st harp in mm. 434 - 438. In score view, I can't access the key signature menu at all. In scroll view, its says the measure is in 4/4 but in some instruments its clearly in 3/4. And some measures are allowing staff styles, but not others.

Thanks.

Let's start with this: you have a Staff Style to hide time signatures in the harp part. Maybe you might want to remove that.

You then mention Key Signatures. I don't have trouble getting the Key Signature db.

Sorry, I meant time signature. And it still doesn't work with all staff styles cleared.

The showing of the Time Signature is partly controlled due to hidden staves. Some staves show it, some don't. In scroll view, they all show.

Why are mm. 435 and 436 showing as 4/4, but clearly acting as 3/4?

might the fact the harp has "independent time signatures" checked make a difference?

It appears that every staff in the file has Independent time Signatures checked. Is this necessary?

Well, yes, it would: and it's annoying that I swear I checked for that before posting this. Several times. Covid brain. The entire score seems to have that selected. I wish I could remember why.

Thanks.
