split notes same layer

Hi,
Is there a way to split notes in the same layer without these connections that appear in the right and left of the notehead?
I need this to be in the same layer.....

In the Speedy Entry Tool you have the feature Voice 1 / Voice 2 (of the same layer).

Have you tried V1/V2 ?

I'm using a laptop and can't get V1 to change to V2 (by the way my knowledge in speedy is almost zero, I never use it...)

This can be done without Layer 2 or Voice 2.
