Also My scroll view is gone! Page view and studia view works but there is no music at all in normal scroll view, totally blank. Help again

Thank you. I Noticed that The margins has gone bananas wich maby explains why the scroll view is gone. System 5 does not show and has margins that goes all the way down, outside any viewable view so to speak. Outside the screen. I´ll restart. Otherwise I´ll avoid this in the future by first of all undo what I have done when things goes crazy

Yes but it might affect the view in a mysterious way... Anyway. System 5 is gone. I have checked all page and system margins and made the “redefine pages” command. Still, system 5 have lost its mind. The anyway I’m not at home until the evening (European time) so I will let you know if resetting the preferences and a restart solved it

Well I did the whole procedure described in the link from Motet but with no succes. System 5 margins goes all the way down to Australia and finale is very very slow when I´m working with the page tool. The file is totally corrupt so I will throw it away and never look back. I hope this does not happend in an important file. I attache the file (which I gave a new name) anyway. If there is a solution it would surely be very comforting and provide a harmonious mind. I´m working with an other file now and so far everything is good. Thank you!

Let's start with this file and go from there.

P.S.: I didn't see a Staff Style called Solo. I assumed that, since the others had the staff name as a Staff Style, Solo would as well.

In Scroll View, go to the Staff tool, pick Staff menu/Respace Staves, and set Top Staff Margin to 0. Repeat in Page View.

Sorry. I guess I did 1 in Scroll View. I left Page View alone, but did unhide the hidden staff. It was Scroll View I concentrated on, since that was the biggest problem.

I didn't get a crash, so I might have done things in a different way than the OP.

P.S.: Okay. If I try to unhide the Solo Staff first as mentioned in the initial post, then I get the crash. If I fix the Scroll View problem first, then unhiding the Solo Staff in Page View works without causing a crash. Somehow the Scroll View issue affects Page View.
