Edit Player in Score Manager Problem

I use Kontakt 6. The first time I add it, I can go to EDIT Player and select my instrument.
If I then want to change it later, Clicking on EDIT PLAYER does not open Kontakt or respond at all.
Any ideas of what may be happening. I'm using Finale Version 27.3.0.137

Do I really have to add an extension to chrome? I don't see how that is applicable to my problem
